Time for my second Loot Crate unboxing.
I subscribed on the three month instalments plan, so I have prepaid for one more box before my next payment comes out.
If you are liking what you see you can get yours here
This months theme was Galactic and promised some exclusive figures, one of which would be a Funko mystery mini and would also include things from Star Wars, Star Trek and Firefly.
Super excited about the Firefly stuff.
Opened it up to find all of this.
Star Wars included a Han Solo in Carbonite poster, and a retro arcade style magnet.
There was also HALO comic downloads as the digital content this month.
Weirdly, probably my favourite item this month are these Alliance Credits.
I'm not at all a Trekkie, so this Tribble wasn't overly exciting, but this particular colour of Tribble has been bred only for Looters, so it's still a pretty cool item.
I love the Alien franchise and this action figure is a pretty cool find, but it also single headedly makes this box worth the $$ paid for it, as I can buy this figure in the local store for the same price as the entire Loot Crate box.
The Funko mystery mini turned out to also be a Lootcrate exclusive.
The Science Fiction minis will be released shortly if not out already and you can get a Captain Malcolm Reynolds in the regular selection but you wont be able to get this one.
I'm a huge fan of POP Rocks and getting a packet in this loot crate just sealed the deal for me.
Also the Loot Crate monthly pin, are pretty cool little collector items.
Not pictured:
Han Solo 'Locker' poster
Star Wars retro arcade gaming style magnet
Halo free comic downloads from Dark Horse
All in all this was a pretty good box, and I love that it had all the firefly stuff.
I will probably on sell the Tribble from this one at some stage with other loot crate items when I've built up a stash of stuff I'm not interested in from these boxes.
